Neutral Evaluation

You think you have a good case. Your lawyers have embraced it but, if they are honest, they will admit that you never can be sure. Moreover, once they have bought into it and become immersed in trial preparations, most lawyers would readily admit their judgment about its outcome may be compromised.

If you and/or they would like to get an objective, more impartial view of how a judge or arbitrator is likely to decide your case, come to us for a neutral evaluation. This can be done before bringing a case or in the midst of one that has been going on for longer than you want it to. Our years of experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution qualify us to give you a realistic assessment of its strengths and weaknesses.

After a neutral evaluation, you may be inclined to continue litigating, or may choose to also discuss with us an ADR intervention that may lead to a more satisfactory resolution than going forward in court.
