The firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Restructuring practice is led by Paul H. Silverman, who is the New York State Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee chair and 4200 member Business Section secretary-elect and was an assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York. The firm has experience in all areas of creditors' rights and debtor's protection, both out-of-court enforcement and restructuring as well as bankruptcy court litigation, asset acquisition and claims trading counseling. In addition, Mr. Silverman has international experience representing Foreign Receivers from Germany, Argentina and Korea.
